FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)
FBA stands for Fulfillment by Amazon. Amazon stores your product, then picks, packs and ships each order, and handles customer service and returns, in return for fees. FBA fees are part of your costs when you work out your break-even ACOS.
Example
You send 500 cutting boards to an Amazon warehouse. When a customer orders one, Amazon ships it. You pay a fulfillment fee on each unit sold, plus storage fees.
